These terms govern the use of the courses platform. By creating an account or using the site, you accept these conditions.
Use of the service
The platform offers interactive programming courses. You may use it for your personal learning. You agree not to use it in a way that harms the service, not to attempt to access other users’ accounts, and not to breach its security.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Free and paid courses
There are free courses and, in the future, paid courses. Paid courses are charged through Stripe; the price and conditions are shown before purchase. Unless the law requires otherwise or is expressly stated, amounts for immediately-accessible digital products may be non-refundable once access has begun.
Intellectual property
The course content (text, sample code, exercises and design) belongs to Yohangel unless stated otherwise. You may use the sample code to learn and in your own projects; you may not resell or redistribute the course content as your own.
Content you create
The code you write in the exercises is yours. It runs in isolation in your own browser.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We strive to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service; relevant changes will be posted here. You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time.
