This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the courses platform and how we do it. The data controller is Yohangel (contact: hola@yohangel.com).
What we collect
When you create an account we store your name and email address. As you progress through the course we store your progress (which lessons you complete). If in the future you buy a paid course, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Legal basis and purpose
We process your email and password to manage your account and give you access (to deliver the service you request). We store your progress to show your advancement and unlock modules. We do not use your data for advertising, nor do we sell it.
Where it is stored and for how long
Your data is stored in our database on a private server. Passwords are always stored hashed and the connection is encrypted over HTTPS. We keep your data while your account is active; when you delete it, your profile and progress are removed.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed to run the service: our server provider and, for payments, Stripe. We do not share your data with third parties for other purposes.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or request deletion of your data by writing to hola@yohangel.com. You can also delete your account at any time from your profile.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
